This is the worst printer I ever purchased from AMAZON. Terrible description of product. After received, description indicated AIO (All-In-One). Making customer think that a SCANNER, FAX was included. Hard to setup, had to call the 800 number & had to pay a $99.99 fee. The company assured me that I would be covered for 6-months. Now I have to buy another printer (so unfair).
