So I purchased this product under the impression it’s for a clover register printer (a thermal printer) and when it came in fit perfectly for the clover printer aside from it wouldn’t print, it wasn’t thermal paper. I know I am new at this and maybe I should have looked up the printer but they all look the same with different numbers and my printer didn’t have a part number anywhere. Come to find out that’s a kitchen printer ( well we use a KDS system and do not print in the kitchen) . So I called to send back the box of paper I now have no use for in order to order what I need, I was instructed to “chuck it” because they were not going to send a return label or accept a return for the paper and if I wanted what should have been clear as thermal paper I would have to order. Now on the Amazon app no where did I see not compatible with thermal printers which the rep continued to tell me “well it’s right there all over the place on the Amazon store” granted it could have been but I am using the app which it was not posted and all of the associated items were related to thermal printers. Moral of the story is you shouldn’t act like a pious jerk when “not trying” to help people. Worst company ever!!
