The first toner cartridge I used after the Amazon return period elapsed, this cartridge was defective as the toner was not even on the page. Replaced with new cartridge and it printed ok. I now do not keep a spare on hand as they are not reliable in the long term like other cartridges I have purchased from my Dell printers.The same toner we get straight from Dell at half the cost. Zero issues to date.We always keep a spare toner cartridge for our Dell. So when we put one in we purchase a spare. The cartridges are good for 10,000 sheets. So this one sat for a few months before it was installed, It has uneven density and streaks, the vendor sticks to the 30 day warranty period. Purchase directly from Dell and you won't have this issue. Same price to purchase directly, the only reason I bought from Amazon was the easy one click purchase.
