Works great! I got these because they were the best price on Amazon. They work as advertised and they really cut down on the vibration and noise on my Anet A8. You will need to either cut your machine screws like I did or get smaller ones to hold the damper to the motor. My motors are much quieter and my Z motors are pretty much silent now. I would highly recommend getting this.
