Its just what I wanted and neededThis printer stand was perfect...sturdy, well made, nice looking. I only returned it because it was way too tall. I have an HP 477, and I had to stand to reach the document feeder. I am very sad to have to return this!I have been using this for a couple of months now and love it. It arrive in a box completely wrapped inside. There some slight nicks and dents but not worth returning. The gray color is silvery but too shiny or glittery. The finish looks classic and professional. I chose the gray so it wasn't too dark on the desktop since it's not a big area. I was able to store all my paper in the openings and cleared the part of the desk with the standing paper holders. I look forward adding other pieces from the collection.This item is absolute perfection.... the cubbies hold letterhead right where you need them and the drawers are great for putting address label sheets in. In my busy office having what I need right there makes a huge difference.I have to say I am impressed with this unit. It seems like good quality and sturdy. The nice thing is that it comes already pre-assembled unlike many of these types of units purchased nowadays. Definitely recommend.It sits under my scanner...fits nicely on my desk, and allows me to put away some files and other stuff inside its shelves that used to be cluttered on my desk. Has a nice, organized look to it. Feels sturdy, as if it can hold quite a bit of weight, in case you have a heavy printer. Glad I purchased it.We wanted a wood stand but could find none in wood.
