I purchased this to replace a very good epson which was getting old and I wanted something for graphics and photos. I researched and bought thinking it came with 2 years free ink. that's in most pc tech reviews but it not true for the uk. its poor quality. slow. difficult to operate especially with paper cassette choiceA3 printing eventually today worked and the back of every copy had ink streaks all over them and are unusabledouble sided and multi copying are complicated there for we have had to return to the old epson to print in this formatmanual is only on line and is 485 pages which you have to scroll through each page to get to the relevant sectionepson technical help have been good on the occasion I called for assistance re the driversI strongly advise that you consider other options as this is a waste of good hard earned moneyI regret buying this itemI did my research and everyone said its the best on the market in its range with printing costs the lowest the quality is poor and it takes up a lot of room if you want to access the A3 rear paper feed and if you don't need A3 then don't buy thisTOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AVOID
