We had to replace one of our previous printers after it broke (dropped from the shelf it was on). This was the same model, but it turns out it had a parallel port (not a serial port like the other printer had). This wasn't something I was aware of - I'm not experienced with purchasing these kinds of printers so since the product information had no mention of this, I wasn't aware it was something I needed to know.Needless to say, this vendor nicely provided a shipping label for me to send the original order back, and they shipped me the right printer (w/ serial port) free of charge. I really appreciate the prompt service, and the new printer hooked up to my computer pretty easily, and works just fine.No one uses POWERPLUS USB. It says powerplus usb and usb but will not work with only usb. dumb and misleading and I got charged a restocking fee to send it back...
