I hate the post office and I hate printers. So this little baby should be my arch nemesis. But no!!! It’s amazing!!! It’s so easy to use!!! It prints so nicely. I’ve already made stickers to give away and stick on water bottles and to ship out Mercari stuff. It’s awesome. My only regret is I waited so long to get one.I love that I do not have to wire into this printer but I hate that you have to use an app to run it! Works well with my phone without cable, laptop does not have the app so I’m unable to use it without the cable. Label has to be in pdf format and then imported into app & sized before printing.10/10 for being easy to connect the printer and print labels from Shopify. The only issue I had is with installation, but after re-reading the instructions and watching videos, I finally got it to work flawlessly. I print from my iMac as well as my iPhone with no issues, but please don't be like me, read the instructions and watch the installation video FIRST before getting frustrated!Good product but it was more difficult for me to connect bluetooth to my PC.
