This printer is simply adorable. Compact and the color goes with my obsession with everything mint green. It was easy to set up. It came with everything that you need. Labels, stand, machine, software. I was able to download the software quickly with the instructions provided. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to create the labels and place them correctly. Any questions I had I went back and reread the instructions and it was all there. I have not had to contact the actual company yet, so I do not know about customer service, but the product itself is working great! I would recommend this thermal printer to anyone that needs printing done in black. I like that I can print round labels on it as well! Again, super handy!I have been selling online for YEARS and I finally decided to make the jump to a label printer. I should have done this a long time ago! I did a lot of research and product comparisons. Also talked to some of my other friends that sell online to see what kind they had.. I finally settled on Phomemo. And I have been so happy with it. I have been using it for a couple months now and it is great. I did have to ask customer service for a little help to get set up, but they answered me back immediately. I have used it with Pirate Ship and Whatnot and have had no issues with either. I HIGHLY recommend this little printer. Great value!It’s not just adorable, small and beautiful but it does the job. I had researched a little bit on how to printing correctly. Speed is really great. I’m just working on trying to print the bar code without empty spots and it is taking me a while. Delivery was great.I was able to set it up and print quickly with a chromebook. you have to add "labelife" extension to your chrome browser to help configure the printer driver (my chromebook didn't recognize the printer on its own). Printed my shipping label fine using a 4 inch by 6 inch label.It does not store a roll of labels inside, but it comes with a weird little plastic stand to hold a stack of labels externally. the cords connecting the label printer kind of get in the way of the label tray tho so it doesn't look too attractive all setup.Print quality is average for a thermal printer, overall I'm satisfied!***UPDATE***I received a timely response from the seller. The rep that responded (Jessica) said she would forward my issue to their tech team and get back with me.Honestly, I wasn't expecting a response, much less a solution. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I received another email from Jessica explaining how to fix the problem I was having. This email was quickly followed by another from Jessica, stating the tech team updated some things and all I had to do was repeat the install process. (My brain processed that as one less thing I had to do - yaay!)I removed the extension and repeated the install process.....SUCCESSFUL PRINTING!!One downside I will add regarding the printer vs the instructions - there are minor discrepancies: what the status light colors and flashes are; the process of getting the printer to 'recognize' the label size and 'catch' the paper. It all just takes a bit of patience and practice. So far, I think this will be a good fit for my needs right now (especially being my very first thermal label printer)Overall, I'm satisfied with the seller and their customer service. It did get here within a week and a half of the other one breaking.
